Central Chapelle opens on May 7, 2026 at 4 Esplanade Alice Milliat, Paris 18th — built directly into the Adidas Arena complex. Across 3,500 m², it blends chef-led street food, live music, clubbing and a packed cultural programme — from specialty coffee at 9:30 am to club nights until 2 am. Its founders expect 250,000 visitors in year one.

Directly Connected to the Adidas Arena
An interior corridor links Central Chapelle directly to the Adidas Arena, making it easy to pair a show with dinner before or drinks after. Ticket holders get dedicated deals and aftershow access. But the venue runs a fully independent programme too — no arena ticket needed. Check the Adidas Arena events calendar to plan your evening around a show.
The Court Central: Four Chefs, One Bar, One Floor
The heart of the space is the Court Central, laid out around a sports-court floor mural that divides each area. Four chef-run street food counters anchor it:
Collé Braisé (chef Benoît Haran) · DNA (chef Diadié Diombana, aka Freddy’s Kitchen) · GARØØM (chef Clotaire Poirier) · ZA! — fried chicken, pizzas, grilled meats and reimagined classics. A central bar stays open until 2 am on weeknights and Saturdays.
Central Café: Specialty Coffee and a Place to Work
The Central Café opens from 9:30 am Wednesday to Sunday, serving specialty coffees curated by Lomi. A cultural magazine kiosk, a rotating pop-up space for brands and designers, and a relaxed layout make it one of the more considered café openings in the 18th.
After Dark: Concerts, Clubbing, Rap and Electronic
After dark, Central Chapelle shifts gear. The concert hall and club hosts a varied programme spanning rap, indie and electronic music. Studio III, curated by Adidas, adds another cultural layer. Two large terraces extend the experience outdoors.
Who Built It?
The project comes from Allo Floride — the music production house behind Ground Control, Dock B and artists including Ofenbach, Bon Entendeur and Cassius — and Collé Braisé, known for seasonal, ethically sourced street food. Architecture is by Faar Architecture, built carbon-neutral from structure to furniture, drawing on the values of the Paris 2024 Olympics.
